These Terms and Conditions govern your use of krugerbody.com and any programs, content, or services offered by KrügerBody ("KrügerBody," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

KrügerBody provides fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. You participate at your own risk.

Results

Individual results vary. Testimonials and case studies reflect the experiences of specific clients and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of the results you will achieve. Outcomes depend on many factors including your starting point, consistency, genetics, and health history.

Purchases and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown, including any recurring charges for subscription or payment-plan products until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Refunds and cancellation

KrügerBody Complete is covered by The Worth It Guarantee™: if your energy, sleep, mood, and body composition haven't measurably improved after 84 days, email us and we'll refund every penny. No forms, no proof required. The FEAST cookbook is refunded alongside Complete under the same terms.

Inner Circle is a separate monthly membership with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time to stop future billing; the current period is not refunded and you keep access through the end of it.

The guarantee is available once per customer. Full details, including how to request a refund, how payment plans are handled, and what happens to your access afterward, are in the Worth It Guarantee refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Account and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. Program access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate access for sharing credentials, distributing our content, or otherwise violating these terms.

Intellectual property

All content — videos, written material, program design, graphics, and branding — is owned by KrügerBody and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Communications

By providing your email address, you agree to receive service-related messages from us. Marketing emails require your opt-in and can be unsubscribed from at any time. If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive marketing text messages; consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KrügerBody is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, content, or programs, including any injury or health outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
