The Worth It Guarantee™

1. What's covered

This guarantee applies to KrügerBody Complete — the one-time payment of $997 or the three-payment plan of $397.

The FEAST cookbook, if you added it at checkout for $27, is covered under the same terms and refunded alongside Complete.

Inner Circle membership is not covered by this guarantee because it doesn't need to be — it has a 7-day free trial and you can cancel any month with no charge. See Section 6.

Complete + 12 Weeks 1:1 Coaching and Ultra VIP have their own terms, provided at enrollment.

2. How long you have

84 days from your purchase date.

That's three complete 28-day hormone cycles. We chose it because a woman's body doesn't run on a calendar month, and three cycles is the minimum honest window to see what Natural Hormone Optimization actually does.

Requests received on or before day 84 are honored. Requests after day 84 are outside the guarantee, though you're welcome to write to us anyway — we read everything.

3. How to request one

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Worth It Guarantee" and include the email address you used at checkout.

That's the whole process. You don't need to explain yourself. You don't need to send photos, logs, weigh-ins, or proof that you did the program. We won't put you through a phone call or a retention script.

We'll reply within 2 business days confirming your refund. In that reply we'll also let you know that free one-on-one coaching is available if you want it. Ignore that part if you just want your money back — the refund is already in motion either way.

Processing: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Your bank may take a few days longer to display it.

4. Payment plans

If you're on the 3 × $397 plan:

• Refund before all payments are complete: remaining payments are cancelled immediately and everything you've paid so far is refunded in full.
• Refund after all payments are complete: all three payments are refunded in full.

Either way, you get back every dollar that left your account. There's no partial refund and no prorating.

5. Access after a refund

When your refund is processed, access to the KrügerBody Complete library ends. Any material you downloaded before then is yours to keep, but the online library, videos, and future updates close.

Please don't share or resell the program materials after a refund. Everything remains the copyrighted property of KrügerBody.

6. Inner Circle

Inner Circle is a separate monthly membership from Complete.

• Your first 7 days are free. Cancel any time in those 7 days and you are never charged.
• After that it's $97/month. Cancel any time and you won't be billed again.
• Cancellation stops future billing. The current month is not refunded — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
• Cancel from your account settings or by emailing us. No phone call, no retention offer, no hoops.

7. One guarantee per person

The Worth It Guarantee is available once per customer. If you're refunded and later rejoin, the second purchase isn't covered by the guarantee.

8. What this guarantee isn't

KrügerBody is a fitness and nutrition education program. It is not medical treatment and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results described by our clients are their individual experiences, and yours will vary.

This guarantee is a promise about your satisfaction with the program and your money — not a promise of any specific health outcome.

Always talk to your physician before starting a new fitness or nutrition program, and before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.
