Look at all those choices and decisions we have to make!
And each one with its own set of pros and cons, facts and “alternative facts,” etc.
Now isn’t that ridiculous?
If you’ve ever been frustrated with your progress, overwhelmed with the amount of conflicting information we get on a seemingly daily basis, is there any wonder why?
It leads to jumping on bandwagons that are doomed from the start.

Think of that one overweight man or woman you see every morning “doing cardio” on the elliptical or stair-stepper — 20, 30, 45, 60 minutes or more without fail every day — and months later they have the exact same body shape with no real visible progress.
