The Worth It Guarantee™

1. What's covered

This guarantee applies to KrügerBody Complete + YOT Club, however you paid for it. Paid in full at checkout, or split into installments through Afterpay or Klarna: same guarantee, same 84 days, same terms. It's a one-time purchase. The KrügerBody Complete library is yours for life, and your first year in the YOT Club is free (you activate it in one click right after checkout). There is no subscription and no ongoing billing.

Discount codes don't change anything. If you used a code, the guarantee applies in full. We refund every dollar that actually left your account, not the list price and not a partial amount. A code is a discount, not a loophole.

The FEAST cookbook, if you added it at checkout for $27, is covered under the same terms and refunded alongside Complete.

Your year in the YOT Club is part of your purchase, so it's covered too. A refund returns the full amount you paid, and YOT Club access ends along with library access.

Complete + YOT Club + 12 Months 1:1 Coaching and Ultra VIP have their own terms, provided at enrollment.

2. How long you have

84 days from your purchase date.

That's three complete 28-day hormone cycles. We chose it because a woman's body doesn't run on a calendar month, and three cycles is the minimum honest window to see what Natural Hormone Optimization actually does.

Requests received on or before day 84 are honored. Requests after day 84 are outside the guarantee, though you're welcome to write to us anyway — we read everything.

3. How to request one

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Worth It Guarantee" and include the email address you used at checkout.

That's the whole process. You don't need to explain yourself. You don't need to send photos, logs, weigh-ins, or proof that you did the program. We won't put you through a phone call or a retention script.

We'll reply within 2 business days confirming your refund.

Processing: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Your bank may take a few days longer to display it.

4. If you split your payment

Some women choose to spread the cost using Afterpay or Klarna at checkout. That's between you and them, and it doesn't affect your guarantee.

• We refund the purchase back to Afterpay or Klarna in full.
• They cancel any installments you haven't paid yet and return everything you have paid.
• You never owe the remaining balance.

Refunds routed through a third-party installment provider can take a few days longer to settle than a straight card refund. If anything looks wrong on your end, email us and we'll chase it down with you.

Either way, you get back every dollar that left your account. There's no partial refund and no prorating.

5. Access after a refund

When your refund is processed, access to the KrügerBody Complete library and the YOT Club ends. Any material you downloaded before then is yours to keep, but the online library, videos, community, coaching calls, and future updates close.

Please don't share or resell the program materials after a refund. Everything remains the copyrighted property of KrügerBody.

6. The YOT Club

Your first 12 months in the YOT Club are free with your purchase. You activate your membership in one click right after checkout, and your free year starts that day. It includes weekly live coaching calls with Coach Chris and Coach Lindsay, coaches answering questions daily, the community feed, and challenges with prizes.

After your free year, your YOT Club membership renews at $997/year. Cancel any time before your renewal date and you won’t be charged. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing us.

7. One guarantee per person

The Worth It Guarantee is available once per customer. If you're refunded and later rejoin, the second purchase isn't covered by the guarantee.

8. What this guarantee isn't

KrügerBody is a fitness and nutrition education program. It is not medical treatment and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results described by our clients are their individual experiences, and yours will vary.

This guarantee is a promise about your satisfaction with the program and your money — not a promise of any specific health outcome.

Always talk to your physician before starting a new fitness or nutrition program, and before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.
